Frequently asked questions

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated order arrival times are based on the shipping method and the ship to location. Most locations in the United States take less than 4 days to reach their destination via ground shipping.

You will receive tracking and status updates to the email used during checkout. You can also track the status of your order either in the "Account" tab in the top right hand corner of the site, or in the "Find Order" tab and inputting your associated order number and email.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) as well as Apple Pay.

Checks, cash, Autobell Gift Cards, or bank transfers are not accepted.

Please verify the size, quantity, and color you are ordering before placing your order. Orders are only cancellable within one business day of ordering, and only if they have not already shipped.

Returns are allowed up to 30 days of order receipt and are only accepted for the following reasons:

  1. The product you receive is damaged and in unused condition.
  2. The product you receive is not the product that you ordered.

The Customer is responsible for the full cost difference between original merchandise and replacement merchandise.

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on the shipping address as well the total volume and weight of the items in the order.

No, orders must be be shipped to a physical mailing address.
